Expertise & delivery
DoD IT subcontracting for the primes that ship
Discuss a defined subcontract work package for a defense prime. We assess technical scope, information handling, delivery location and applicable flow-downs before committing resources.
Services in this vertical
What a DoD-adjacent prime can subcontract to us without renegotiating their compliance posture.
Sub-tier IT delivery
Discuss a bounded IT or software work package under a prime. Responsibilities, required access, delivery resources and acceptance criteria are agreed before commitment.
NIST 800-171 aligned
Control mapping, SSP authoring, and POA&M maintenance aligned to NIST 800-171 for primes meeting DFARS 252.204-7012.
Hardware requirements
Hardware sourcing through the TD SYNNEX public-sector channel. Required country-of-origin and restricted-equipment representations are verified for the specific products and solicitation.
Subcontractor onboarding
Workforce joining and document workflows use the company’s existing software services. Scope, access and available integrations are confirmed for the intended engagement.

DoD FAQ
Are you cleared?
ITC does not maintain a standing cleared bench or claim a facility clearance. Any clearance requirement is a prerequisite to assess before a delivery commitment.
DFARS 252.204-7012?
We support primes meeting DFARS 7012 requirements via NIST 800-171 self-assessment. SSP, POA&M, and incident-reporting scaffolding deliverable as part of the engagement.
Section 889 / TAA?
Compliance depends on the product and solicitation, not the distributor name alone. Country of origin, restricted equipment and manufacturer representations are checked for each proposed line item.
Products with distinct focus.
Winrove for government contracting, OpsTicket for skills and assessment-led recruiting, and ClaimKeel for healthcare revenue-cycle management, in development. Available workflows and access are confirmed for each release.
