Consulting & AI advisory

Decide what
to automate.
Keep ownership
of the work.

Bring a workflow that is slow, repetitive or difficult to review. We help define the problem, compare practical AI options and plan a bounded next step. Your team owns implementation and day-to-day operation unless a separate scope says otherwise.

Assessment & guidance
ITC’s scope can include diagnostic questions, prioritization, vendor-selection guidance, workflow mapping, architectural patterns and evaluation criteria.
Decisions & access
Your team provides authorized system context, sets business priorities and decides which recommendations to act on.
Implementation & operation
Your team executes and operates the resulting workflow. Any implementation by ITC is separately scoped, with an owner and acceptance criteria.
Methodology boundary
Consulting shares methods, diagnostic questions, architectural guidance and lessons suitable for the engagement. ITC’s private delivery systems and internal materials are outside that scope. Any implementation work, access rights and deliverables are agreed separately.
Location & timing
Virtual or on-site delivery, working sessions and engagement timing are agreed against the requirement and available resources.

What you can assess.

Owned software

ITC develops software products with distinct focus: Winrove for government contracting, OpsTicket for skills and assessment-led recruiting, and ClaimKeel for healthcare revenue-cycle management, in development. Owned software is distinct from a completed client consulting engagement; the public capability overview describes the design and its evidence boundaries.

Check supported operations, account access and applicable terms in the destination workspace. A consulting inquiry does not provision access or verify an integration.

Explore the products’ capabilities

Start with one workflow.

Describe the current process, affected users, present tools and the decision you need to make. Include data restrictions, the implementation owner and any deadline. Sensitive records are not needed for an initial inquiry.

The next step is a review of your request and an agreed conversation or scope. Submitting an inquiry does not book a call or commit either party to an engagement.
