The SBA 8(a) Business Development Program is the federal government's premier program for small businesses owned and controlled by socially and economically disadvantaged individuals. Participation in the 9-year program provides access to sole-source contract awards, set-aside competitions, business development mentoring, and specialized procurement vehicles.

ITC submitted an application to the SBA 8(a) program in 2026. The application is currently under SBA review. ITC does not hold 8(a) certification or participant status at this time. This page will be updated upon receipt of the SBA's determination.
